BAM FM is recruiting a Deputy Facilities Manager at our Crawley Schools site.
The role will support the Facilities Manager to ensure that the services provided to the Authority are in accordance with the Service Agreement.
Working closely with the Site Premises Officers and Helpdesk Team this post holder is responsible for the management, co‑ordination and implementation of all works on site of a technical nature, including project works and maintenance activities of the sites building services, building fabrication and site equipment. The role requires monitoring of the Quality Management, Environmental and Health & Safety Systems and liaising directly with all sub‑contractors attending each of the sites. There will be a requirement to deputise for the Facilities Manager in their absence and to work at other locations within the area to support other projects.
You will be working full time at our office in Crawley.
