As Junior Estates Officer (HVAC) at Manchester Foundation University Trust, you’ll be the key person overseeing the maintenance and management of critical engineering systems across the Trust’s facilities. You’ll ensure all maintenance activities, including contract work, meet high-performance standards and comply with relevant legislation. Your expertise will be essential in managing complex HVAC systems, planned maintenance programmes, and asset registers. You’ll oversee minor schemes and capital works, ensuring smooth operations for critical systems like 88 AHUs, BMS systems, microbiological safety cabinets, clean rooms, and LEV systems.
