A large health organization in North Wales seeks an experienced individual to manage complex operational delivery against National targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budget management and staff leadership, with a passion for improving patient care pathways through effective team collaboration. Welsh language skills are desirable but not mandatory. This position offers a unique opportunity to impact healthcare delivery in the region.
Extensive experience of managing complex operational delivery against National targets is essential. Significant budget management skills as well as excellent people and staff management are also critical, including the ability to build strong multi‑disciplinary clinically led teams to drive improvements in patient care pathways. The post holder will also be responsible for undertaking analysis and collation of service delivery within the Directorate, including capacity and demand, business case planning, workforce planning and BCUHB delivery reports.
