Job description
Overview

Extensive experience of managing complex operational delivery against National targets is essential. Significant budget management skills as well as excellent people and staff management are also critical, including the ability to build strong multi‑disciplinary clinically led teams to drive improvements in patient care pathways. The post holder will also be responsible for undertaking analysis and collation of service delivery within the Directorate, including capacity and demand, business case planning, workforce planning and BCUHB delivery reports.

Responsibilities
  • Lead complex operational delivery against National targets.
  • Manage significant budget and oversee people and staff management.
  • Build and lead strong multidisciplinary clinically led teams to improve patient care pathways.
  • Analyse and collate service delivery data, including capacity and demand, business case planning, workforce planning, and produce BCUHB delivery reports.

  • Excellent people and staff management skills.
  • Ability to build strong multi‑disciplinary clinically led teams.
  • Desirable: ability to speak Welsh (Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply).
