Job responsibilities:

  • Lead technical due diligence efforts in collaboration with transaction teams, engineering, and other stakeholders to align with project and business goals.
  • Manage engagement of consultants and delivery suppliers, including GCs, furniture, and specialized trades, in partnership with procurement and internal experts.
  • Support the preparation of bid documents, scope, and technical and commercial reviews, and implement efficient procurement programs.
  • Manage planning and design processes closely with regional and sub-regional leaders and external stakeholders to meet milestones and business intents.
  • Oversee contractors and suppliers, manage risks, and ensure site safety programs are effectively implemented.

  • Prepare monthly reports, monitor budgets, manage design/construction changes, and ensure timely financial closure.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • Extensive experience managing all phases of corporate construction/fit-out projects, with multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Experience as an internal project manager within a corporate real estate organization, with familiarity across EMEA markets.
  • Direct experience in commercial architecture, interior renovation, workplace planning, project management, and compliance with building codes and safety standards.
  • Proven fiscal accountability throughout the project lifecycle, including post-occupancy.
  • Excellent client service skills and ability to ensure project profitability.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in programming and space planning.
