• Experience of leading and managing within an Ofsted registered setting.
• Experience of safeguarding, health and safety, and inclusion procedures.
• Ability to develop relationships with parents/carers and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Kids Zone manager ensuring effective team delivery.
• Provide planning and organizing of play sessions for children.
• Understand children's individual needs and differing learning styles.
• Supervise and mentor team members in knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage.
