Qualifications

  • Experience as a Deputy Manager or a Senior in a Children's Residential Support Work environment is ESSENTIAL.
  • Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence to transport young people.
  • Must be over the age of 21.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management to run a successful staff team and day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in the supervision of junior staff.
  • Induct new staff into the home procedure and culture.
  • Ensure high standards of care for the young people's needs.
  • Assist in writing and maintaining placement and risk management plans.
  • Support young people in daily activities and promote independence.

Skills
