You will be responsible for onboarding clients, managing team performance, and liaising with external agencies. The role offers a salary of £28k - £30k with full-time hours of 37.5 per week.

This role requires a person with exceptional people management and communication skills to support our wonderful clients, allowing them to receive the very best support in their homes, whilst working with our strong team of care team to achieve this.
