The Deputy Manager Role Overview: On behalf of an established and renowned organisation based in the Yorkshire region, Cureyoursearch are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager with experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities, to support the Registered Manager of a small residential care service for adults with learning disabilities, in Huddersfield. We are seeking an experienced Manager or Team Leader who is extremely passionate about person-centred care. The Deputy Manager will support the Registered Manager with the day to day running of a residential care home. This is a fantastic home with high standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of a residential care home for adults with learning disabilities.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of person-centred care.

Candidate

• Experience working as Deputy Manager in a health & social care residential service
• Ideally experience in Learning Disability needs
• NVQ Level 4-5 Health & Social Care qualification
• Passionate about person-centred care
• Excellent communication skills
