Salary: £31,537.00 to £34,434.00 per annum (pro rata £28,517.15 to £31,136.74 per annum). Closing Date: 08/10/2025. Contract Type: Term Time plus 3 weeks. Contract Term: Permanent. Hours Per Week: 37 hours. Location: Morecambe, Lancashire.

Bay Leadership Academy is a secondary school for 11 to 16 year olds in Morecambe. We joined Star Academies in 2018 and, like all Star schools, we have a leadership specialism. • A Level 3 qualification (NVQ level 3 or A level).
• Leadership experience in an Alternative Provision with children in a secondary school or other setting.
• Experience of supporting children with special educational needs and/or Disabilities (SEND).
• The ability to maintain positive relationships with students, parents and staff.
• The ability to work effectively within a team.
