Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, joinery, or electrical work is highly beneficial.
• Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Clean, paint, and perform general maintenance on cabins and buildings as directed.
• Service mobile welfare units to ensure they’re in top condition.
• Conduct site visits to carry out necessary repairs promptly.
• Check and store furniture returned to the yard, ensuring it’s properly removed from cabins.
• Keep the forklift truck in excellent working order.
• Minimize material wastage and assist with safe loading and unloading.
• Maintain a clean and organised yard and workshop at all times.
• Adhere to current health and safety legislation.
