Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and assemble customer orders accurately.
• Load vehicles and complete daily multi-drop deliveries.
• Use route-planning tools and ePod delivery software.
• Provide excellent customer service on every visit.
• Maintain efficiency levels and work to performance targets.
• Follow Health & Safety processes and complete required training.
• Report any issues to the Branch Supervisor promptly.
• Collect customer payments when required.
