Job summary

A reputable IT recruitment firm in the UK is seeking a Deployment Planning and Tracking Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and maintaining deployment plans, tracking implementation progress, and coordinating with teams to resolve blockers. Ideal candidates will have experience in project planning, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive mindset. This role offers a contract inside IR35 for up to £670 per day, with remote work and occasional onsite presence in Derbyshire or London.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project planning and tracking within a complex organisation.
  • Proven ability to manage schedules and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience running status calls and reporting progress to senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and tracking tools.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve blockers and maintain momentum.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, policies, and best practices.
  • Analyse data to identify risks and recommend solutions.
  • Manage deployment plan and schedule updates.
  • Track all steps of the implementation process for site projects.
  • Run regular status calls with Deployment team members.
  • Instruct property lead to start survey.
