Job Description

In this role, you take full ownership of customer delivery— from defining the delivery approach through completion and handover. You proactively manage risks, changes, and contractual obligations while ensuring accurate financial forecasting and data quality. By strengthening customer relationships and aligning internal teams, you secure project profitability, enable continuous improvement, and identify upsell and renewal opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of customer programmes/projects, ensuring full alignment with Nokia MoO and PM@Nokia.
  • Own project planning, execution, monitoring, and updates across cost, scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Manage project financials and ensure delivery meets budget, scope, and profitability targets.
  • Serve as primary customer interface for all delivery-related activities, driving satisfaction and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate handovers between Sales, Delivery, and Care, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Execute contract management processes and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
  • Drive effective communication with all stakeholders through structured communication plans.
  • Monitor and report KPIs, maintain accurate data in project tools, and drive continuous quality improvement.
  • Manage risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead and motivate the project team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Support pre‑sales and identify opportunities to expand or renew customer business.
  • Complete project closure activities, ensuring lessons learned and contractual wrap‑up.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing medium‑large, complex customer projects or programmes.
  • Strong command of project management frameworks (PM@Nokia, PMI, Prince2) and CSSQ control.
  • Solid financial management skills: budgeting, forecasting, profitability tracking.
  • Strong customer‑facing skills with the ability to manage expectations, complaints, and escalations.
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate across multiple business groups.
  • Strong risk, change, and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Comfortable customising operational processes (supply chain, logistics, network operations) to meet project needs.
  • Skilled in data accuracy, KPI tracking, and maintaining high‑quality project documentation.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to support pre‑sales and identify new business opportunities.
