Employed Roles
  • Competitive base salary from £68,250
  • Supplementary bonus scheme with uncapped OTE, with a potential in excess of £120,000

Based on a balanced clinical mix: Private, NHS (UDA), and Unscheduled Dental Care

  • Flexible working hours to suit your life
  • Clinical freedom with full admin and nursing support
  • We pay for your mandatory training, GDC registration and indemnity
  • Golden Hello of up to £10,000.00
  • Relocation Allowance of up to £8,000.00
Associate Roles
  • Earning potential in excess of £150,000 (OTE)
    Based on 1,400 UDAs at £14.50, from £3,000 Denplan gross/month (35% split), Unscheduled Care 2 days/week at £23 per patient, and strong private demand
  • NHS (UDA): 1,400 UDAs from £14.50 per UDA
  • Private: 50% income split
  • Denplan: 35% income split (incl. hygienist usage split); approx. £3,000/month gross
  • Unscheduled Care: 2 days/week, 16 patients/day at £23 per patient (£35k+/year)
  • Balanced clinical mix: Private, NHS (UDA) & Unscheduled Dental Care
  • Flexible working hours
  • Clinical freedom with full admin and nursing support
  • Golden Hello of up to £10,000.00
