A regional health service provider is seeking a proactive Dental Skills Course Technician to support its Medical Education team. This part-time, permanent role involves managing the Dental Suite, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring compliance with policies. Candidates should have GCSEs or equivalent, knowledge of dental terminology, and experience in a client-facing role. Salary ranges from £28,860 to £31,671 pro-rata, including high-cost area supplements (HCAS).
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dental Skills Course Technician (DCT) to join our Medical Education team.
In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the Medical Education Manager (MEM), Strategic Lead for Medical Education (SLME) and Medical Education Coordinator (MEC) in developing, delivering, and continually improving our Dental training programmes and Induction sessions.
As a DCT, you will help ensure our trainees receive high-quality, well‑organised educational experiences by coordinating training activities, supporting course delivery, and helping to maintain compliance with national policies, standards, and legislation related to Dental training.
