A reputable dental practice in York seeks a Dental Nurse to provide chair-side support and ensure excellent patient care. Responsibilities include sterilizing equipment, managing patient records, and assisting the dental team. A Level 3 advanced apprenticeship in Dental Nursing and Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths are required. The role involves working hours from 8.30am to 5.15pm, with very occasional late nights.

This qualification is a Level 3 advanced apprenticeship accredited by City & Guilds and is delivered nationwide through blended interactive E-Learning, enabling learners to access the course from anywhere in the UK. Upon achievement, the apprentice will be awarded a Diploma in Dental Nursing Level 3. Functional Skills English & maths Level 2 qualifications unless already exempt.
8.30am – 5.15pm (very occasional late night, not even once a month; usually if the dentist runs late).
