A healthcare provider in the UK is looking for a Registered Dental Nurse to join their team in Yeovil. This position involves working in the Oral and Maxillofacial Unit and providing care in various surgical environments. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and be flexible to the needs of the treatment team. The role is part-time, comprising 28.5 hours a week, and offers opportunities for professional development and benefits such as flexible working options and an NHS pension scheme.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Dental Nurse to work with our team, based in West Mendip Hospital but also within the Oral and Maxillofacial Unit in Yeovil District Hospital as required.
This position will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work within our Skin Surgery service as well as Minor Oral surgery lists and New/review clinics.
Working with various clinicians.
The ability to work as a team player and be flexible to the needs of the service is essential.
To have high professional standards and enthusiasm to learn and develop.
Flexible 28.5 hours a week, over 3 days.
Minimum 2 years' experience is required.

To provide chair side, and first support assistance to the respective consultants in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Orthodontic and Restorative Dentistry.
To ensure that the best possible Dental Nursing Care is delivered to patients including those with complex medical, physical and emotional needs.
To manage outpatient clinics and day surgery/ general theatre lists on a day to day basis.
