Job Description

Lead Nurse required for 4 days per week in a beautiful, FULLY PRIVATE practice in Sarisbury, Southampton.

Pay: from £16.00/hr depending on experience

Hours: 36 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Once a month to work Friday for ½ day.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate nursing staff to ensure exceptional patient care.

  • Assist clinicians during procedures, ensuring efficient and high‑quality patient care.
  • Manage stock control and audits to keep our practice running smoothly.
  • Provide empathetic support to patients, making complex treatments easier to understand.
  • Reception duties, including booking appointments, handling payments, managing phone enquiries, and supporting practice growth by converting new patient enquiries into appointments.
