  • Support the section – From mise en place to execution, you'll work alongside the Chef de Partie, delivering every dish with precision and pride.
  • Take ownership – Manage your area confidently during service, maintain your fridges and stock levels, and ensure your section is spotless and well‑prepped at all times.
  • Follow the flavour – Cook to spec, taste everything, and strive for perfection on every plate. You'll also take feedback with openness and a drive to improve.
  • Lead when needed – Step up in the absence of the Chef de Partie. Support Commis Chefs and apprentices, and take initiative in busy moments.
  • Grow every day – Keep refining the basics, take notes on new skills, share ideas, and actively participate in one‑to‑ones, training, and briefings.
  • Maintain standards – Take pride in hygiene, food safety, portion control, and proper stock rotation. Comply with Health & Safety and food allergen procedures.

Requirements
