As the Dementia Care Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Dementia Community, implementing and embedding the company's dementia care strategy, and managing resources within a given budget. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring person-centered care plans, building caring relationships with residents and families, collaborating with the Activities Team to develop meaningful activities, and promoting a culture that enables residents to maximize their capabilities and enhance their quality of life.
