In this role, you will assist residents with personal hygiene and promote their independence while maintaining dignity. You will work collaboratively with the care team during 08:00 - 20:00 shifts. As a Care Assistant, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, recognising and understanding clinical risk areas, acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, and practising safe systems of work.
