Role Description
Allianz Specialty have a fantastic opportunity for a Delivery Train Manager to join our family of talented people in the Transformation Change Team. The Delivery Train Manager will be responsible for the delivery of the long-lived team 'train' (or interlinked project objectives) which is set up across and aligned to the relevant business area. You will have direct line management of the change roles and project management of other key project resource such as Allianz technology. In this role you will plan and manage a delivery train to achieve a defined set of business objectives which are aligned to the business strategy within agreed parameters of cost, time and quality. This may be a number of complex projects across functions and could involve transformational/strategic change.

To be successful for the role you will have an understanding of General Insurance end to end process and products with the ability to work alongside cross-functional experienced teams.
We thrive on working collaboratively, with each other and always with our internal and external customers. Good communication skills, both written and verbal is important to lead and deliver the requirements of the project you will become part of. You will thrive in multi-stakeholder projects and be comfortable adapting your approach and language to work with colleagues of various disciplines and seniority.
You will already be a competent and effective change professional with a proven track record of managing large scale projects. Experience of a range of Project/Programme frameworks inc. Agile would be ideal.
You will have experience in managing Business Intelligence or Management Information projects and this will be evident in your CV. Ideal but not essential is experience or awareness of Azure Cloud Technologies and familiarity with Microsoft BI tools.
You will have experience of leadership and management of people with the willingness to lead, motivate and inspire others to achieve their full potential.
