The Delivery Manager will guide clients through complex transformation journeys, leading teams on‑site and ensuring measurable results. You’ll be at the centre of change, balancing leadership, analysis, and coaching to unlock client potential.

Role Highlights:

• Lead transformation project delivery from start to finish, ensuring measurable business outcomes
• Build strong client relationships, working on‑site Mon–Thu to drive cultural and operational change
• Oversee and develop your own project team, providing feedback and support
• Coach client managers to embed behaviours that deliver sustainable results
• Identify opportunities for follow‑on projects and wider consultancy impact

You Will Need:

• Proven experience delivering transformation projects with visible results
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, from shop floor to C‑suite
• Strong analytical and creative problem‑solving ability
• Flexibility to travel weekly across the UK (Mon–Thu on client sites)
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
