A leading building society in Nottingham is seeking a Delivery Manager to drive change and ensure successful outcomes. Salary: Up to £75,000 depending on experience
We’re looking for Delivery Managers who can make change happen smoothly and effectively. In this role, you’ll focus on delivering value and quality outcomes, ensuring work is prioritised and sequenced in the best way to keep things moving without delays.
You’ll play a key part in preparing the business for change and helping teams, processes, and people embrace new ways of working. Working closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and stakeholders, you’ll make sure delivery plans are achievable, quality standards are met, and change is embedded successfully.
