Overview

In this customer-facing role you will deliver top quality products on time, interacting with people from all walks of life, putting a smile on thousands of faces every week. You will work out on the road whatever the weather, and you will never have to fight over the radio station. Our automated technology pre‑plans your route and pre‑loads your van.

Driving Licence Requirements

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months experience desirable).
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
• Must be over 18; ability to handle alcohol products.
• Good communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries and goods on time, on the customer route.
• Pre‑plan route and pre‑load van using the automated system.
• Work evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays.
• All breaks paid and minutes at work get paid.
• Follow all safety and loading procedures.

Qualifications

• Full UK or EU driving licence with 6 months driving experience.
• Age 18 or over.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.

Contract & Pay

• Permanent contract, 40 hours including paid breaks.
• Shift hours: AM & PM, 5 days out of 7, 8 hour shifts.
• Start as early as 05:30, finish as late as 12:00 midnight.
• Hourly rate £13.75 basic, with evening, day and weekend premiums.
• Overtime rates £16.58 (day shift) and £17.98 (evening shift).
• Pay structure: paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule.

Location & Working Hours

Tilbury, Essex, UK – 13 weeks in advance shift rota, pre‑boarding information provided.
