It’s our mission to provide an outstanding customer experience.

While others might call you delivery drivers, our Customer Service Team Members play a vital role, delivering top quality products on time and in an efficient manner.

You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, but you’ll never have to fight over the radio station, and you can sing along as loud as you like! In return, we use our automated technology to pre‑plan your route and pre‑load your van! Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays.

  • So on top of your base pay you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £13.50 per hour.

You can also stack your earnings further with enhanced overtime to fund those special occasions! All your breaks are paid, meaning for every minute at work you get paid.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high‑quality products to customers on time.
  • Use automated technology to pre‑plan routes and pre‑load the van.
  • Adapt to varying work patterns, including evenings, weekends and weekdays.
  • Maintain the vehicle and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers and team members.
Benefits

We offer a shopping list of perks that you can tailor to suit your lifestyle, including:

  • Company pension of up to 7% matched contributions after just 3 months
  • Enhanced digital health and wellbeing service, including virtual GP appointments, for you and your dependents
  • Hundreds of high street shopping, entertainment and restaurant discounts
  • Life insurance coverage from day one of employment
  • 15% off your weekly shop
  • Loads more voluntary benefits such as dental and travel insurance at a discounted price

Career progression if you suddenly decide that being a driver isn’t for you, there’s plenty of opportunity for progression, as 87% of our salaried roles are filled by internal colleagues!

Requirements

Driving Licence Requirements:

  • Full UK or EU driving licence.
  • Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months experience is desirable).
  • Maximum of 6 penalty points.
  • No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.

Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.

As this is a customer facing role, good communication skills are also essential.

How to apply

Fill in an online application. There is no CV needed! Our friendly recruitment team will get in touch to conduct an Online Licence Check and Right to Work Checks.
