About the role

You don't need any previous experience to join our good‑natured team—just bring yourself, a positive attitude, and our training team will do the rest! As a Customer Service Team Member at Ocado Logistics, you'll be out on the road for deliveries, managing scheduled pick‑ups, handling customer interactions, and ensuring timely delivery across Lichfield, Staffordshire.

Driving Licence Requirements

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months is desirable).
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.

Some deliveries involve alcohol products, so you must be over 18. Good communication skills are essential for this customer‑facing role.

Location & Pay

Lichfield, Staffordshire – full‑time, £13.25 per hour. Your base pay plus evening, weekend and overtime premiums will boost your average earnings.

Pay Structure

• Hourly Pay Rate – 12.72 (Monday–Saturday)
• Evening Premium (from 6 pm) – 1.12
• Sunday Day Premium – 1.27
• Sunday Evening Premium – 2.50
• Overtime – 15.90 (Mon‑Sat day shift), 17.30 (Mon‑Sat evening shift)

Contract & Schedule

• Permanent contract, 40 hours per week (including paid breaks).
• Flexible 5 days out of 7; 8‑hour shifts (AM and PM).
• Shifts may start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00 midnight.
• Shift rota released up to 13 weeks in advance.
• Payroll is on a lun-monthly basis (every 4 weeks).
