PERMANENT DELIVERY CONSULTANT

Location : Bristol, BS1 (Office Based)

Salary : £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (DOE) + Amazing Bonus Structure

We are looking for a proactive and organised Permanent Delivery Consultant to join us here at Leggwork, a specialist recruitment business focused on the Built Environment. You will become part of a pre-established team concentrating on Civil Engineering and Geo‑spatial recruitment for some of the UK’s most high‑profile projects.

This is a hands‑on role where you will own the recruitment process from day one, working directly with senior leadership across 15‑20 live vacancies nationwide.

You will utilise tools such as our tailored CRM and well-established job boards to source the highest calibre of candidates, managing the process from initial brief to successful placement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full recruitment process for Civil Engineering and Geospatial vacancies, from sourcing to placement
  • Screen candidates, produce detailed call synopses and tailor CVs for submission to hiring managers
  • Organise and coordinate interviews, providing a seamless experience for clients and candidates
  • Use CRM and other recruitment tools to manage pipelines and track progress
