Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Delivery And Compliance Manager in Hempstalls to oversee operational delivery for tenants. You will be responsible for managing major investment projects, ensuring statutory compliance, and leading a team to audit and validate contractor work. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of building technology and health & safety regulations. This is a full-time position with a pay rate of £500.00 per day, offering an exciting opportunity for leadership and compliance management.

Delivery And Compliance Manager

Location: Cromer Road, ST1 6AY

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 3+ months

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £500.00 Per Day

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee operational delivery for tenants, ensuring a high-quality, customer-focused service.
  • Manage major investment projects, including those related to climate change.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory functions like gas servicing, fire safety, and asbestos management.
  • Understand building technology and its workplace applications.
  • Understand housing regulations and building maintenance.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Health and Safety, compliance, and CDM regulations.
  • Lead a team to audit and validate contractor work, ensuring continuous service improvement.
  • Maximize value for money in service delivery.
