Qualifications

  • Experience in delivering practical and theoretical instruction.
  • Ability to prepare lesson plans and training materials.
  • Experience in monitoring trainee progress and providing feedback.

Skills

Supervisory experience in a technical or engineering environment

Strong communication and organisational skills

Education

Minimum City & Guilds Part 3, NVQ Level 3, or Apprenticeship in Engineering Maintenance
Equivalent military qualifications (e.g. GTM or similar RN/Army trade groups)
