An excellent opportunity awaits a motivated and experienced Senior Pharmacist to join our passionate team. We are dedicated to enhancing our pharmacy services and ensuring that our patients receive top-notch pharmaceutical care. This part-time role, spanning 30 hours weekly from Monday to Friday, is open to applicants from various pharmacy sectors.
While primarily a weekday position, some evening, weekend, and Bank Holiday duties may be required. Additionally, participation in our on-call service, as per the rota, will be expected. Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) is mandatory.
This role is based at Harplands Hospital in Stoke-on-Trent. Core responsibilities include providing ward pharmacy coverage, participating in regular MDT meetings, and handling certain dispensary tasks. You will offer specialist clinical advice across diverse clinical areas, develop prescribing guidelines, and deliver medicines training to staff.
