What you'll be doing
- Build and maintain low‑to‑medium complexity project schedules in line with procedures and desk instructions.
- Monitor progress and resources against baselines, highlight variances and advise on corrective actions.
- Interrogate supplier reports to establish progress, interpret data and identify focus areas for PM and status updates.
- Provide monthly reporting and analysis including critical path, milestones, resourcing and EVM to ensure governance meetings focus on areas requiring attention.
- Collaborate with key project schedule performance data team to support programme and leadership decisions.

Qualifications
- Experience using suitable project schedule software.
- Experience planning and maintaining project schedules.
- Demonstrable experience managing and interpreting project data.
- Extensive stakeholder and teamwork skills.
Technical Competences & Behaviours (assessed at interview)

Security
SC clearance required before appointment. Candidates must obtain clearance without any caveats that prevent the role; conditional offers will be withdrawn if clearance is not obtained within 12 months.
Nationality requirements
- UK nationals.
- Republic of Ireland nationals.
- Commonwealth nationals with right to work in the UK.
- EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein nationals and family members with settled or pre‑settled status under the EU Settlement Scheme.
