If you're an experienced Senior Care Assistant with a proven track record of leading and motivating a team, this could be the perfect next step for you. As a Day Care Lead, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our care home. You'll lead by example on the floor, guiding and supporting our care team to deliver the highest standards of person-centred care. Working closely with the management team, you'll help plan and allocate workloads, oversee care delivery, and ensure residents receive safe, dignified, and individualised support at all times., Every day, you'll inspire your team to deliver compassionate, professional care that helps our residents feel safe, valued, and at home. From leading shifts and mentoring new colleagues to supporting clinical staff and maintaining accurate care plans, you'll bring structure, empathy, and leadership to everything you do.

What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience as a Senior Care Assistant or Team Leader in an elderly care home setting.
  • A confident, hands‑on approach to leading and managing a care team. Strong understanding of person‑centred care and CQC standards.
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care preferred.
