What You'll Own

• Reporting to the Sr Director of Global Data Centers, you will lead the US based Data Center team with staff and technical management responsibilities.
• Management responsibilities of the UK based Data Centre staff.
• Uphold and improve Data Center Standards, Operating metrics, Financials and capacity reporting.
• Lead Data Center Consolidation, expansion and migrations projects.
• Physical Security compliance, PCI standards experience and adherence as well as ITAD processes.
• Maintain a close and collaborative relationship with the Data Centre colocation providers.
• Work closely with other members and leaders of the Infrastructure organization regularly.
• Ensure smooth project delivery through full lifecycle management.

How You'll Own It

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing both Staff and Enterprise Data Centers.
• Attention to detail resulting in stability and predictability of the environment.
• Keen grasp of Data Centre enabling technology such as power, cooling, cabling, and resiliency.
• Strong ServiceNow, DCIM and Oracle Financial toolsets.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to straddle the technical demands as they relate to the business and customers.
• Reporting and trending of both DC capacity as well as financials on a monthly basis.
• Ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory requirements are met.

• Compute, Network or Storage technology and administration skills.
• Structured cabling design and implementation.
• Experience working with Corporate Physical Security teams.
• Disaster Recovery and contingency planning.
• Project / program management experience.
