A charitable organization is seeking a Data Processing Administrator to manage and ensure the accuracy of its data. This role involves data entry, quality checks, and collaboration with various departments to meet their data needs. Candidates should have experience with data management software and a strong understanding of GDPR. The ideal applicant will possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. The position allows for hybrid working arrangements.
Location: Astolat with opportunity for hybrid working Within ACS core office hours (8am 6pm)
Salary: Band P: £25,634-£26,538 (Pro-rata)
Hours of Work: 32 hours per week (0.8 FTE). Flexibility will be required to meet evolving needs of the organisation (occasional evening & weekend).
The Data Processing Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the charity s data is accurate, secure, and effectively managed to support service delivery, reporting, and decision-making. This role is vital in helping the organisation maintain high standards of data integrity and compliance, ultimately supporting unpaid carers more effectively.
