We are seeking a skilled and proactive Data Manager to join our Haemoglobinopathy Coordinating, The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a keen attention to detail. Your role will involve gathering, collating, and managing data from various Trusts to ensure accurate and consistent records, supporting our commitment to excellent patient care. You should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively and have the skills to present complex data clearly and professionally.,

  • Collecting and managing data across Trusts within The Red Cell Network.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to standardize data processes.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and presenting findings in clear, meaningful formats.

    The Red Cell Network HCC is a very small, close-knit team made up of nurses, admin and consultants. It is a unique environment to work in within the NHS, but one which is highly rewarding and at the forefront of innovation and improvement for red cell patients. Remote working is a possibility, but there is also a requirement to travel to other NHS sites within the network as part of the role.
