Join us on the Work Activity Data Utility (WADU) team, where your advanced expertise in data will shape strategic decisions across the firm. As a Senior Data Management Analyst in the WADU Data team within the Corporate Sector at CAO and HR, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end data journey. You will oversee sourcing, ingestion, and assurance of data quality, always seeking innovative ways to enhance our processes. You will determine data usability for complex client-focused use cases and guide the development of new products. Your leadership will ensure our analytics deliver maximum value to end users, and you’ll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and technology partners.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead efforts to ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the data journey
  • Oversee evaluation of use cases, conduct advanced gap analysis, and identify strategic opportunities for product development
  • Drive client engagement to maximize the value of analytics and insights
  • Manage the innovation life cycle from ideation and prototyping to requirements translation for technology teams
  • Build and maintain influential relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Guide the creation of advanced visual data representations
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering continuous improvement
  • Champion unbiased storytelling through data
  • Contribute to strategic and investment insights using workforce activity data
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Advanced passion for data and strong data management skills
  • Expertise with data tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Excel, Tableau, Qlik Sense, and JIRA
  • Ability to query, interrogate, and ensure data accuracy and quality at scale
  • Proven leadership and effective team collaboration across functions
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to structure, scope, and lead resolution of complex problems, taking full ownership
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, including oversight of multiple projects
  • Deep appreciation for the evolving world of data and artificial intelligence
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Senior-level experience in workforce analytics or similar data-driven environments
  • In-depth knowledge of data visualization best practices
  • Significant exposure to product development or innovation cycles, including leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Strategic understanding of client engagement approaches
  • Extensive experience working in and leading cross-functional teamsAbility to anticipate and adapt to changing business needs, driving proactive solutions
