Responsibilities include ensuring data accuracy, managing data quality initiatives, and supporting the single view of data across the organization. This post will play a key role at an exciting time for the Business Analysis and Reporting team. It will be pivotal in delivering robust change control and data design practices, underpinning consistent and high quality data that represents a single source of truth across our performance and insight endeavours.
This role requires an excellent communicator in all aspects, both verbally for the frequent interaction between platform and performance teams and in written form to ensure clarity of process is documented, through the ability to harness differing views into an agreed way forward with cohesion.
A critical thinking individual who is capable of understanding operational service delivery and how recording of data is aligned to it and accurately represents it.
