A leading water utility company in Hatfield is seeking a Data Engineer to design and maintain automated data pipelines using Talend and AWS services. This role involves building data workflows for analytics and collaborating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate has proven experience in Data Engineering and strong problem-solving skills. This position offers a salary starting from £60,000 and includes a hybrid working model.
As a Data Engineer within our established Data and Architecture Team, you’ll design, build, and maintain resilient, automated data pipelines using Talend Data Integration, ensuring reliable, trustworthy data powers our reporting, analytics, and performance management.
Working with cutting‑edge AWS services like S3, Glue, Redshift, and Spectrum, you’ll innovate and optimise data workflows that enable our business to make faster, smarter decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, Qlik developers, and business stakeholders, turning complex requirements into scalable data solutions.

24 Month Fixed Term Contract
