Radius is seeking an experienced Data Centre Project Manager / Service Readiness Manager with extensive experience working within a Data Centre environment, whether from a Data Centre or MSP.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of tasks related to the successful and timely service delivery of Co-Lo and PWR activities, managing the delivery of all work orders and footprint activities to meet customer expectations and SLAs, and enhancing the overall customer experience by aligning with operational excellence objectives.
The focus is on setting high standards and managing contractors and suppliers to meet KPIs, adopting a best-in-class approach, and driving the organization towards a 5-star data centre.
The role also involves working closely with the Service Installation Supervisor, providing mentorship to ensure that Specialist Services are delivered effectively, enabling the SDM CoLo Installations to meet KPIs and RFS objectives.
Project Management:
Identifies and manages resources needed for planning, development, and delivery of services, primarily rack and cage installations, and supports the PWR team. Engages with senior stakeholders and project teams through change management processes to ensure infrastructure provides the agreed levels of service and data integrity.
Requirement Definition and Management:
Plans and drives scoping and prioritization of activities for large initiatives within service delivery, primarily rack and cage, and supports the power team. Coordinates with stakeholders such as Sales, Engineering, Delivery, and Security for requirements and approvals.

Service Acceptance:
Coordinates with Sales, Engineering, DC Operations, and Project Management Office to ensure sold products can be delivered and supported.
