Overview

Data Business Transformation Consultant - Defence Sector. A great opportunity for a talented Data SME, with a track record of delivering Data Transformation to the Defence environments. The role is hybrid with a mix of WFH and client site.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new data transformation opportunities across the Defence and Aerospace sectors
• Partner with clients to shape their transformation journey from strategy to execution
• Lead end-to-end delivery of data and digital projects that drive operational impact and measurable results
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on spec, and to the highest standard
• Represent the business at industry events and play a key role in growing the reputation as a leader in data-led transformation
• Provide hands on leadership and mentorship to project teams, supporting growth and delivery excellence

Qualifications

• Have a proven track record in data driven transformations within the Defence arena.
• Will have led large scale IT transformation programs from cradle to grave
• Have strong technical knowledge covering Data-driven transformations, including Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Supply Chain Control Towers, and related technologies.
• Have helped to grow a Defence consulting arm, with experience in identifying, developing and winning new Data transformation opportunities in the Defence sector.
• Solid understanding of the Defence, National Security or Aerospace sector.
• Active High level security clearance (DV)
