  • Establish data architecture guardrails, data contracts, and enforce standards of data quality and governance
  • Act as a design authority, providing architectural assurance across data and AI domains within the programme
  • Lead integration and interoperability strategy between enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, MicrosoftFabric, Azure)
  • Drive adoption of metadata management, lineage, and governance tooling, such as Microsoft Purview
  • Align architecture with operational use cases to deliver measurable improvements in service delivery and analytics
Essential:
  • Proven experience designing and governing enterprise‑scale, cloud‑native data and AI platforms
  • Solid understanding of Lakehouse and medallion architectural models
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric and/or Databricks in operational or data platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI components (e.g., ML pipelines, predictive analytics) into production environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise service management tooling, particularly ServiceNow
  • In‑depth knowledge of metadata, lineage, governance, and data security frameworks
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non‑technical audiences
Desirable:
