Job description
Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and analysis of surveys to support research objectives and generate actionable insights for policy planning and decision‑making.
  • Conduct data analysis using robust survey methodologies to deliver high‑quality, data‑driven insights that support organisational strategies and operations.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives by collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve processes through technology tools and innovation.
  • Enhance organisational survey capabilities by supporting training efforts and developing best practices for survey execution and reporting.
  • Prepare and deliver clear presentations and reports to senior management and stakeholders, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, data science, business analytics, statistics, mathematics, consumer research or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer research, data analytics and/or research analytics.
  • Having a good understanding of public consultation processes and stakeholder engagement will be an advantage.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong skills in SQL, Python, Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processes or equivalent, and data visualisations using Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with statistical, robotics automation and low code automation tools such as SPSS, UiPath and PowerAutomate, machine learning algorithms and techniques will be an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non‑technical audiences clearly and effectively.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as a team.
