Data Analyst Manager - Milton Keynes

Pertemps is currently recruiting for an experienced Data Analyst Manager for our FMCG client based in Milton Keynes.

Hours: 9am-5pm

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Develop and implement data analytics strategies to uncover actionable insights and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs, deliver insights, and maintain strong relationships.
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Implement processes for data validation, cleansing, and transformation. Identify and mitigate risks related to data security, privacy, and misuse.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in data processes, tools, and team capabilities.
