This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Data Analyst in the European Union / United Kingdom.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving data-informed decisions by translating complex datasets into actionable insights across multiple business areas. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define meaningful KPIs, develop dashboards, and deliver data visualizations that guide strategy and operational improvements. The position requires a strong analytical mindset, technical skills in SQL and BI tools, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical teams. Responsibilities
  • Support business decision-making by defining and tracking meaningful KPIs around product performance
  • Maintain and optimize the BI platform, ensuring dashboards and reports are accurate and actionable
  • Create engaging data visualizations and dashboards to clearly communicate insights and trends
  • Present findings to stakeholders to inform product design, marketing, and operational decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and data-driven solutions
  • Assist in maintaining data quality and consistency across large-scale datasets
Requirements
  • Intermediate SQL skills and experience writing efficient queries on large datasets (AWS Redshift, MySQL)
  • Basic Python proficiency and familiarity with data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Lightdash, or PowerBI
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience deriving actionable insights from data
  • Understanding of typical eCommerce funnels and user behavior metrics
  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders and gathering requirements for data-driven solutions
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and open to learning in a fast-changing environment
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
  • Professional experience in healthcare or digital healthcare
  • Exposure to modern data stacks (e.g., AWS Redshift, DBT, Looker, Tableau, Lightdash)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Kanban workflows and tools like Jira
  • Experience with web analytics or marketing tools (Segment, Google Analytics, Adwords)
  • Knowledge of version control (Git) and event tracking
