Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll transform complex data into clear, actionable insight that supports operational decisions across Customer Service, Financial Customer Care and Wholesale. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver impactful reporting, modelling and analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Collecting, organising and visualising data using ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) processes.
  • Delivering daily reporting and translating metrics into meaningful insights.
  • Supporting data migration from legacy systems to the Azure Cloud.
  • Building consolidated reports and dashboards using Power BI and advanced SQL.
  • Conducting scenario modelling and risk analysis to guide business strategies.
  • Collaborating with departments to improve data capture and reporting quality.
  • Influencing operational decisions through expert data analysis and clear recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Advanced SQL expertise (including procedural SQL) with a proven track record of working in complex, large-scale datasets.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in Databricks, including building, optimising and maintaining data pipelines.
  • Expert Power BI skills, with demonstrable experience building dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights.
Additional Skills & Experience
  • Ability to influence operational and strategic change through data-driven insight, with strong examples of impact.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Azure, Azure Data Factory and PL-SQL.
  • Ability to present complex data in clear and compelling formats tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Python programming proficiency. (desirable)
