You will :

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer teams to improve customer experience
  • Build dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making
  • Translate technical findings into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Support experimentation, testing, and optimisation initiatives
