We are seeking a highly accurate and detail-focused Data Administration Assistant to support the migration of HR and payroll data from an existing system to a new platform within the education sector. This role is key to ensuring a smooth transition of HR and payroll records and maintaining data integrity during the project. Ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments and has strong administrative and data-handling skills.

  • Assist in the extraction, cleansing, and validation of HR and payroll data for migration
  • Support the mapping and transformation of data between old and new HR and payroll systems
  • Perform data entry and verification tasks to ensure accuracy during the migration process
  • Work with the payroll and IT teams to identify and resolve data inconsistencies or gaps
  • Conduct post-migration data audits and support reconciliation processesHelp maintain detailed records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
  • Provide administrative support to the payroll migration project team, including file handling and system updates
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure GDPR and data protection compliance throughout
  • Proactively elevate issues to the Team Leader or relevant teams to ensure timely resolution and maintain the integrity of the migration process.
