• Good working knowledge of Health and safety regulations and good practices.
• Knowledge of HHSRS risks and relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of larger Damp and Mould cases, ensuring timely repairs.
• Surveying and identifying building defects through testing.
• Completing detailed reports and specification writing.

Education
