A leading UK social enterprise is seeking a property maintenance worker to manage damp and mould treatment in customer properties. The ideal candidate will have trades experience and strong communication skills, but training is available for those new to damp treatment. We're seeking someone with previous trades experience, such as property maintenance, plastering, joinery, or similar. While experience in damp and mould treatment is ideal, it's not essential as full training will be provided. You'll need strong attention to detail and the ability to follow technical processes, along with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. The role also requires the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
